Pricing Questions
Yes! New Premium subscribers get their first month completely free. After that, it's £6.99/month. You can cancel anytime before the first month ends and you won't be charged.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Each parent needs their own subscription to access Premium features on their account. However, invited family members and friends (grandparents, nannies, etc.) join for free through PilotBot.
You'll keep Premium features until your billing period ends. After that, you'll return to the Free plan. Your data, messages, and records are never deleted — you just lose access to Premium-only features.
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
